SHIPPING

When will my order ship?

Orders typically ship within two days, excluding weekends and holidays. A shipping confirmation email will be sent when your items are shipped.

 

Has my order shipped?

You will receive a shipping confirmation email when your items are shipped. If it has been more than a few days since placing your order and you have not received a shipping confirmation email, please contact us.

 

Do you ship outside of NZ?

No sorry, we only ship to New Zealand addresses.

 

How much does shipping cost?

The cost of shipping depends on the size of the board, the number of boards, and where it is being shipped to. For an exact shipping rate quote, please contact us. Include a list of products and the exact address it will be shipped to.  In return, we will email you an exact quote of the items to be shipped.

 

Is my order tracked?

All orders are sent with a tracking number, requiring a signature delivery. If you think you may not be home please get your order delivered to your workplace or somewhere you know it can be signed for. Please contact us if you think your order has been lost.

 

RETURNS

We want you to enjoy the ride by making the most of our boards. Unfortunately, this means we can not guarantee coverage for all of our boards. Most of the time damage is down to improper positioning, or just going hard. Rincon Surf Co will not replace boards that have suffered a breakage or crease. In saying this feel free to contact us about returns or exchanges as we are happy to inspect the boards to see if we can do anything to help.  We will need reasoning for return or exchange, a description about the way the product was used (preferably with pictures of the defects if any), proof of purchase and you will need to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) Number. The product will then have to be couriered back to us at your cost for us to begin a full review of the product.

Please choose your purchases carefully as we do not provide a refund if you have changed your mind. We recommend that you check dimensions before completing your purchase to ensure they are the right length, for your height, body size and skill level. If you do have any issues or concerns, please contact us promptly to resolve the issue.
